These Committees provide for the Lions Club administrative and meeting functions. He/she is also responsible to the Club President to oversee the chair and committees that handle the three major meetings: the Christmas Party, the Annual Picnic and the Club Recognition Dinner.

** The Club Communications person is responsible for reporting to the board and the House & Food Chairperson, the estimated attendance for the regular club meetings (including the names of guests) by Tuesday preceding the Thursday meeting. If the communications person is to be absent, he/she must insure that a co-communicator secures these totals for the next meeting and provide the above notifications.
